What we can help with — and what needs to go to your booking provider

RomeColosseumTours.com is an independent visitor guide. We research and maintain practical information about visiting the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, but we do not operate the archaeological park and we do not hold customer reservations.

Questions about our guides

If something on the site is unclear, or you have a question specifically about information published in one of our guides, email info@romecolosseumtours.com .

✓ Priority

Corrections and outdated information

If you notice an opening time, transport route, entry rule, ticket inclusion or other factual detail that appears out of date, tell us the page and the specific information that needs checking. Corrections are reviewed first.

◷ Response

When to expect a reply

We usually respond within two working days. Messages identifying a possible factual error are prioritised because inaccurate practical information can directly affect a visitor’s plans.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

We cannot see your reservation, change visitor names, move an entry time, issue tickets or process refunds. Contact the company shown on your booking confirmation for reservation-specific support.

!
We are not the official Colosseum website or ticket office.

For official ticketing matters, accreditation, group reservations, lost property or park-specific administrative enquiries, contact the Parco archeologico del Colosseo or the authorised provider responsible for your booking. We do not have access to their booking systems.

Help us check it faster

What to include when reporting a problem with the guide

A short, specific message is much easier to verify than “your page is wrong.” If you are flagging outdated information, these details help us review it properly.

01 · Page

Tell us where you saw it

Include the page title or URL and, if possible, the heading under which the information appears.

02 · Detail

Quote the information in question

Tell us exactly which opening time, route, ticket rule, price reference or other statement appears to be wrong.

03 · Source

Share where the newer information came from

If you saw the change on an official page, ticket confirmation or at the site itself, include that context so we can verify it quickly.

Before emailing about a booking

The fastest route depends on what kind of problem you have

01 Guide content problem

Email us if the issue is information published on this website.

02 Ticket or refund problem

Use the support details in your booking confirmation. Only the booking provider can access the reservation.

03 Official park matter

For matters controlled directly by the archaeological park, use the official Parco archeologico del Colosseo channels.
